You may cancel your order at any time before the driver has been assigned. Once a driver is assigned or has picked up the items, cancellation is not possible.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and process a refund or re-cleaning at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
